Best Dog-Friendly Restaurants Near Our Tulsa Homes For Rent

With many residents of our Tulsa homes for rent enjoying more dinners out this year, we thought now would be a great time to write another round-up of some of our great local restaurants, this time exploring some of the best dog-friendly spots in the south Tulsa area. These five dog-friendly restaurants in Tulsa are within minutes of our Tulsa homes for rent and feature outdoor seating where you can hang out with your pup on a nice breezy day.

McNellie’s Pub

Located on S Zurich Ave, McNellie’s South City location features an open air patio with picnic table seating that is perfect for you, a friend, and your dog. Plus, it’s a Tulsa go-to for pub & deli fare, comfort foods, and a GREAT beer selection.

Metro Diner

This diner chain has a location in the Tulsa Hills Shopping Center that features a small patio out front that allows you to bring your dog along for brunch. Due to the smaller size, this spot is best for medium to small dogs. It serves classic diner food, including amazing breakfast and lunch dishes. Try their beef tips waffle or spicy honey chicken sandwich.

Freckles Frozen Custard

What’s better than old school custard, shakes, and shaved ice under the spring sun with your pup? This frozen custard shop features outdoor seating where you can sit with your pet and enjoy your dessert. Their menu even features “real deal” Dole Whips in mango and pineapple.

Chuy’s Tex-Mex

The Chuy’s on 81st Street features open-air patio seating where you can easily enjoy some Tex-Mex with your dog. Known for its excellent service and large portions, this Tex-Mex spot features enchiladas, tacos, fajitas, chips & dip, and other Tex-Mex classics.

Doc’s Wine and Food

For a bit of a fancier option, Doc’s Wine and Food also features a large outdoor patio suitable for all well-behaved dogs. It combines creative dishes with impressive presentation and a casual, friendly atmosphere. Plus, while dinners here are incredible, their brunch is just as good if not better. Definitely try it out.
